ECHSA, Inc. staff members had the pleasure of attending the 2017 NCCAA Annual Conference where the theme was, "Thrive: Facing the Future and Embracing Change." This theme recognized the changing landscape in North Carolina and challenged us to consider how we can use these changes to our advantage as we work to improve the lives of low-income people. Our Executive Director, Mrs. Daphany Hill was one of the Inductees at the Hall of Fame Awards Luncheon and Ceremony.
